Let me introduce myself, for those of you who don't know me. I'm Thomas, administrator of Eovia3D.net, where you can download Amapi 6, for both PC and Macintosh.
These two application have been tested after been online and have been tested again today. Both of them downloaded fine and have any problem to install on PC (XP PRO SP2) and Mac (10.4 under classic 9.2)
I think if you had any problems, it may come from an incomplete archive, due to a download problem. I checked the log, any disconnection from the last couple of week on the server. Then, the problem may come from your side.
The only problem wich happen on these files was about the Mac version, from a stuffit compression parameters and corrected a long time ago. Another problem can be happen on PC, but Stefan gave you the answer, it's a Windows problem.
you also have to know that Eovia3D.net is my -personnal- website, and not Eovia one. If you have any problems with it, then, feel free to contact me directly. If a problem happen their, Eovia has nothing to do with it, and if you want to flame someone, it's me, not Eovia!
And Dominik (who told me enough that I was his "friend", remeber...?) know me enough to contact me if you have any problem about my website.
