schon wieder broken Thumbnails

es ist zum Haar ausraufen.
Da hab ich am WE meine DB völlig gelöscht und neu installiert und alles war bestens - bis ich gestern nur noch broken Thumbnails vorgefunden habe.
Also Database resettet, aber - o schreck - es war nicht möglich den SmartContent durch Reimport der Meta-Data wieder her zu stellen.
Also Database erneut gelöscht und DAZ neu installiert und siehe - alles geht wieder. Allerdings war ich heute noch nicht in DAZ ... ; -)
Vielleicht hat ja nur der SmartContent-Treiber nicht richtig geladen.
Mal sehen was die Hotline sagt. Ich wüsste zugern wie ich dieses Problem vermeide. Kann ja nicht jedesmal die DB löschen.
Oft sind auch nur wenige Thumbs zerstört oder werden nicht geladen.

Hi Markus,

Is it possible that you have content installed to a path that is not mapped in Studio? The Content Management Service will attempt to display content, even if it is not mapped. Unfortunately, it will appear with the orange outlines as shown in kaputte_icons.png.

There are two solutions:

1) Make sure that the content is installed to a valid path that is already mapped. To do this, first find out what the valid path is. Then uninstall the content and re-install to the correct path. You can change the path in DIM.

2) Map the path to which the content has. Be careful not to have more mapped directories than you need. If you already have an established path for content installed by DIM, it is better to do 1) above.

The other possibility is that the database for CMS (Content Management System) has become corrupt. Unfortunately, for this, you have to do the following:

For some users, the database becomes corrupted from time to time. This is really annoying and not acceptable. The software that does the database is called Valentina. There's an updated version of this software that we intend to include in an updated version of Studio that we expect will eliminate most database corruption.
